Right of withdrawal / returns
Any item can be returned within 5 days of receipt. The item must be in the same condition as it was delivered. The purchase price (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded after receipt and inspection of the returned item. If the item is returned damaged or incomplete, only a portion of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
Delivery
Packages are usually delivered 2 days after receipt of payment via B-Post with tracking and delivery without a signature. If you prefer registered mail, additional charges will apply. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method. We will send you a link to track your order regardless of which delivery method you choose.
Shipping costs include loading and packaging fees, as well as postage costs. Loading fees are fixed, but transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend combining multiple items in one order.
Payment
Payment is only possible in advance. No other payment methods are currently offered.
Pricing
The prices in the online shop are fixed and non-negotiable. Requests for such orders will not be answered and will be deleted.
Viewing
Due to space constraints, viewing of the items cannot be offered. This is an online shop only.
Authenticity / Guarantee
I guarantee the authenticity of all items sold. I cannot guarantee the durability of the materials.
