In addition to basic cleaning and repairing signs of wear, the comprehensive refurbishment also includes repairs.

This refurbishment is suitable for bags that are heavily used and have defects.

Examples of repairs:

-Replacing the cord

-Replacing rivets

-Replacing snap fasteners (wallet)

Process:

1. Ordering the refurbishment
2. Please send me as detailed photos of the bag as possible, including any problem areas.
3. I will contact you regarding refurbishment options, and you will then send the bag to me. (Shipping costs are at your expense.)
4. The refurbishment will then take 2-3 business days.
5. You will then receive the bag back by mail (return shipping is at my expense).
